Unity PC game, featuring a unique dice-based deck building system. In this rougelite you roll your dice to gather ingredients to craft recipes in order to gain points required to move forward. Purchase new ingredients and upgrade your dice and buy new recipes to craft.

Unity PC physics based puzzle game where players stack blocks to build towering structures. Features dynamic lighting and sound effects, with a satisfying gameplay loop. I was primarily responsible for the game's core stacking and item storage mechanics while supporting many other roles along the way. Side tasks included lighting set up, audio set up, and setting up controller support.

Tetro

Unity PC prototype for a rougelite tetris style game inspired by balatro and of course tetris. Stack your shapes and match the colors to gain extra points upon clearing a line. Buy more shapes and build upon existing ones in the shop phase, then run it back in the next round.

I’m Taylan, a gameplay engineer and designer with 3+ years of experience crafting unique unity based projects. I believe in bridging playful game design and well structured code. Currently based in Pittsburgh PA, working with another indie studio Absolutely Not Games.

Outside of coding, I create intuitive user experiences, and collaborate with other likeminded individuals to achieve common goals. I’m always excited to collaborate on meaningful projects that push boundaries of how games are ment to be played.
